Right we've got a bit of a mission on at the moment.
There is a vast ammount of information on this site now but I think it needs a little spring clean.
If you look in the main menu (top left) you'll see a 'Submit News' link. This allows any member of the site to write an article and submit it.
I'm looking for poiple to gather information on any subject that you think will be of use to someone trying to learn poi, or any other skill.
Maybe an introduction to the site article would be handy, where to begin, or an article on beats, or planes, or dancing techniques, or 100 things you can't practice enough...... you get the idea
Or an article could be something like 'My Top Ten Favourite Threads', or Frequently Asked Noobie Questions.
I think it would be really nice to start doing this now because it makes the information more readily available and will reduce repetiton and speed up peoples learning.

thats a fat idea man. now the galleries are up i think i can get down to writin an intro article to the site in french, (on which front i have been lame although ive got bits and pieces) but im wondering with all the changes if youre going to make the recently discussed changes to the galleries and sections...? i really dig the idea of an into thread tho, because it took me TIME to get round to even scrolling down to the tech questins section when i first got to the site and even then most of them were totally confusing. mainly tho, because the tech question forums were below the forums for all the other sphericular diciplines i just didnt see it..... so yea man, im with you. still getting a bit used to all this newness on the left hand side

What need writing matt? Anything in particular you want me to work on? Maybe something on tying wibble friendly sock poi with pictures of the various stages for example?
