From Italy a new spherculist!!!
I'm looking around on this site and I have found a cool community and a lot of ideas on poi and meteor spinning!!!
I love to spin poi and meteor but in front of you I'm a real beginner then you will begin now my spinning master!!!
I have seen the sock poi that matt use ....they are the one described on domorepoi or are something that I can buy in the web?

Hello-
Don't worry about feeling not very good- stick around and you'll improve very quickly- I did
Sock poi are just socks with juggling balls, rice, water balloons or whatever you fancy in the ends- The closest you can get to purchasable sock poi are cone poi, a slightly differnt but nonetheless good type of poi.

Nice to meet you anyhow. So where in italy do you live? I really want to go to italy. Spent a little time in the dolomite mountains 2 years ago and loved it.
Just get a pair of socks, put whatever you like in the end and either wrap the ends around your hands or tie knots and hold as handles (especially good for throwing)
Did you know there is an italian forum that nobody uses? You should get in there.
Do you know francesca who found the jumper i lost a year ago?

ok.....I sad that I'm a beginner...but in front of you only!!!!
I have just used sock poihome made and now I'm using a pair bougth in HOP....but I'm trying hyperloops and the socks that you are using I think that are not the same as you explained me to use... they are made much better!!! or it's a my impression...
I live 50Km from Milan in the north of Italy ....if you came in Italy it's possible that you arrive in the Malpensa Airport....and I live exactly near the airport!!!
matt if you came in Italy tell me ...in this way I can catch a your dreadz and learn learn learn about poi!!!

It's 3 years that I'm spinning but only from this winter I start to spin with regularity some days in a week....now I spin about 4 days each week....

I'm a begginner also nowaday! It's about one year and a half that I spin and I have too many things to learn about poi and as much as I go on I found everywhere things to explore and different ways to use poi!
I think I cannot beacame a something more than a beginner!!!
