Avocados rule, one of my favorite simple meals:
Avocado slices, scrambled egg and waffles.
Nice.
Congrats on giving up smoking, I reccon it's one of the best things anyone who smokes can do for the good of the world. (well, maybe after travelling (but not by plane) around the world on a mission to raise the standard of life in every country and bring peace to all religious / political conflicts. But that't just too much effort.)
I'm rambling.

My favourite thing to do with avocados is:
Split one in half, remove the stone, slice sideways with a blunt knife so the skin stays in 1 piece, then into the hole where the stone was you pour; olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper and a little chopped garlic. Then eat and repeat

greetings! avacados are delicious little beasts but the moment of ripeness always seems to elude me.... almost as if they wait for me to leave the house.... hence i prefer spinach. but thats really beside the point. see you round le site

My favorite avacadoness is so simple...
Chop avacado in half, remove stone, add soya sauce. TA DAHH!!

Hey jon, unripe cadoavos are not so good...if it feels hard, leave it til its a bit softer (I've also heard that leaving your avacado to mingle with the bananas in your fruit bowl ripens them faster....??? Maybe)
