Right everyone, the time is upon us, I have been busy preparing to make the dvd, I have set up the computers to make it with, i have got someone to help with editing, i've got a little music, including some nice drumming, I've even got quite a bit of badass footage to play with.
Everything is set, all i need from you is a little footage, can be old or new.
First you need to click this link,
print out the form, fill it in,
send your footage with the forms of everyone involved to me at:

Then Me and Dave will have a good play with the footage, try to make everyone seem to be spinning together as a community. It's gonna be really nice me thinks.
And if nothing else, if you're in the final cut you will be receiving a free copy before anyone else gets to see it 
SO go dig out some footage, go on, no excuses, and send it in.
Important::
Please don't use 'interlacing' when compressing movies for me, because it works in such a way that the bit we wanna see (the poi heads) are optimised loads. Just keep the file big as possible please

OH also, in the video I edited together as my entry (i'll send the raw stuff too) , my sis and I appear together for like 5 seconds. Does she need to fill out a form too since she is technically in it?

Yes, i'm afraid she does. Really anyone in the background walking past should fill in the form. But if this isn't possible then we'll posibly be able to blur them out.
It's all because some little muppet tried to sue home of poi, so their selfish actions make it a pain in the ass for the rest of us.
I thought all your sisters span poi anyway??? Why not film you all spinning fire
Plus if you got time for a little parkour i'd love to see it. But i know how busy everyone is.
Sorry it took so long to get that form done, but it should be useful for years to come.

I wanted my sisters and I to put together some kind of neat trio stuff, but they didn't want to so.. very shy. But Carolyn didn't mind the little bit, and it's a pretty neat shot

Yep i'm thinking anyone who will be at bristol can give me stuff then, i'll try to remember to bring some forms. And we'l definitely get some more footage down there.
Catherine, i'm gonna start working on this full time very soon. The quicker I get the footage the better, that's such a shame your sisters didn't wanna do the trio stuff, maybe next year.
Everythings coming along well. I'll be spending all of october on this, kinda like a working holiday from what i've been doing all year. I've been looking forward to doing this for about 3 years now, it'll be the jewel in spherculisms crown
Just heard from Mr Chutny that his footage is on the way, Rev has been filming with his new cam, i've got a lot of local footage plus some bits and bobs from edinburgh. So it's all looking good. Anyone else definitely sending footage?

That depends on how big the file is and how long the clip is (ie how much you compress it)
It needs to be as uncompressed as possible.
I've never used yousendit, but you are welcome to try it, i'll download it and if i need a higher quality version i'll tell ya, how about that?
If that works it could be really useful.

If you have music then you can send it in just like a video.
We do really really need more music, I'll make sure i promote all the musicians as much as possible. Plus i was thinking when i get this webshop set up i could sell the album cd's of tracks we use.
If you like you can just email music to me, hmm, but i'll need a form to say i can use it.

Okie dokie, here's the update. I am currently at me sisters house, and will be for another month, so I'm having my dad mail me my footage, so once that is here, I will add the footage I've got here to it, then send it on to you... I'm hoping this won't take too long, but I'm going as fast as I can.
My brother is a dj.... if he were willing to make some music for the dvd, would it be welcome??

yes, some music from your brother would be great. I think it has to be original composition rather than remixed stuff. I'd love to hear it. You could stick a lod on a cd for me and send it with your footage or email me some high quality mp3's...
I'm still in need of lots of music so i'd really appreciate it.

Hehe thankas, but he may not agree, so don't make plans including it just yet.
Also, I was just looking over the form and it occured to me that there is nothing regarding Parent Signatures or anything like that. I am not yet 18 ... is this a problem do you think? Or does this sort of thing not need me to be??

I don't see any reason you would need to be 18 but if you get one of your parents to sign the back of the form then that would be great, i'll remember to include that next year.

Alrighties, will do. It also occured to me that I needed to print it out (yeh, I know, it says it plainly but I forgot) , and I can't do it on this comp. I have to wait for my brother-in-law to get back to use his printer, on Friday, so I'll send the dvd on Saturday..sorry for all the delays.

I sell poi and all kindsa circus skills toys at festivals in Scotland and would lurve to sell your DVD - how can I do this? Maybe we could get on your 'selling' list.
