Can somebody help me out with the btl and atl?

hi, I'm starting to pick up my poi again after having a whole summer of no poi. I'm still stuck at trying to learn how to transition from the weave to btl or atl. Does anyone have a tutorial clip for that or can give me some advice on it? I have already read the forum but you know what they say, a picture is worth a thousand words. =) Thanks guys
