Same-time same-direction stuff

I always used to think chasing the sun was a pointless move and never really liked same-same stuff. I never could feel a good flow with it and really neglected all that can be done with this type of spinning. You can do pretty mucy all the butterfly and weave patterns with this except it's smae time. Why this never dawned on me is beyond me but I am quite obsessed with this stuff right now. It makes for some very intresting spinning. If your having any trouble keeping the time with these spinning the same way you spin when doing same time bf stuff really helped me with keeping the poi in same time. I really didn't realize the cool stuff you can do with same time when your start crossing your body and it looksliek it's in quartertime or somethign I;m not sure yet I just know I love the way it looks.
