Well done for making a vid Jim. You're getting some flow together, but I'd recommend you slow down a little and let the poi do the work- that may sound a little 'out there' but as you get more relaxed and natural with your spinning, you'll find that you hold them more lossely, spin them more gently and less deliberately. I find I can play so much better now because my whole outlook is so much more relaxed

saw the vid and here's some advice for what its worth...
try transitioning between moves as much as you can. it will free up your body motion and get your turning loads more fluid
agree with chut about slowing down, let the poi do the work, the power is all there
wibbles are made loads more easy with weighted poi. i use a juggling ball in one end and 3 two pence pieces tied into the other end. also you need to use your hand to 'punch' the poi back in the air. not literally of course, but just with a kind of flick motion.
