hi there
in the last 4-5 years i put all my energy in mastering poi moves. some days ago i asked myself.... "and what about staff???" So I bought a nice firestaff and started to practice. it s really really interesting... now i m attached to my staff (and of course to my poi).
anybody knows a good website of staff??? with a lot of vids??? cheers, and whoever reads me, have a nice day!!!

I see myself heading staff ward at some point- I just haven't quite got where I want to with my poi yet- maybe next summer
Megs Staff site is excellent- she has lots of contact stuff and videos for pretty much everything.

I also have lot to learn with poi, but I think it s a never ending story, u can never say: "YES I KNOW EVERYTHING!" I think poi and staff are like brothers. I m sure my poi knowledge will help to pick up the moves and tricks with staff and opposite way around. But i think the most important to have fun doesnt matter if u have poi or staf or diabolo in the hand. Peace!!! and thanks again...
