I would like to know if anybody knows people that make cool fire fans? I would like to get my girlfriend a set, but the ones I have seen have all been very bland and without character. I might even like to have a set custom built.

Bearclaw do some great sexy stuff... But they're an American company, and I feel it would cost a bomb to post. You could always give the design to a blacksmith and put the wicks on yourself.

Did you see how cheap they sell kevlar nomex arimid for? 3 dollars (US) per foot for 3in wide strips...that's 25 cents cheaper than where I have been getting it previously. Though shipping may counter that.
