Isolating your body
So some of you may have heard of this guy, i was watching a heap of his stuff, and i realised:
'this guy can isolate every part of his body'
Its insane..... imagine the possibilities of tying this stuff in with a poi/staff/juggling routine? Its endless

Hell yeah, isolating body parts is crazy fun
it's something i'd love to be better at
I'm hoping that people round here will start using the Dance forum to discuss how to do things like this.
For anyone who's seen the sphercular vision dvd you'll have seen the video of me isolating the plane of the poi and moving my body around it. It's in the 'Citizens of the Psycedelic' track.
I had so much fun doing it that day. That's pretty much the nly time i've ever done it. Mainly because i had the camcorder on the ground pointing straight up and i could see myself in the monitor, so i could easily keep my planes in one place.
Have a play around with that.
