I found a brand spanking new module for this phorum that allows the user to put there geographic location into google maps.
When you look at their profile it shows you where they are :8
It's going to be expanded to allow you to 'geotag' forum posts too, eg events posts could have the map of how to get there embedded in the page
Will talk to rheo about how hard it will be to integrate that into the main system.
