How long have you been spinning? I know you said you've been working out some new stuff, so it sounds like your style might have changed.. I always love looking over vids as people progress to see how patterns adjust their style and 'perception' of poi, so I look forward to the next one..

spinning for about 4 years I think.
hit a brickwall where I was learning any new stuff for ages. Spinning on my own really with no one/info to bounce off. Was randomly picking things up at festies over that time.
got back into my spinning last year and rate of learning has increased, but not vastly.
I'll be doing another vid soon.
I've actually checked the date the original vids were put on my puter and it was in august so hopefully I'll have improved.
Though I do seem to be locked into the Bf moves at moment as were in the vid, just keep adding to it and making it 'feel' better
