how u all doing?
Names Matt, been spinning for just over a year now n loving it.
Isolations r whre it is at!
In south africa there are not enough spinners, in Cape Town where i am we have a group called firetribe, they do corporate functions etc, but thats it.
Anyways,hope to learn a thing or two from this site.

As you may see the site is quiet but it is still one of the best places to find out about the weird and wonderful places that poi spinning will take you to
Isolations are brilliant for sooo many reasons. Here are 3:
1. They look cool and mess with audiences heads
which leads back to 1
2. You can do them to almost any 'move'- weaves, reels, waistraps etc
3: They unlock alsorts of other brilliant things you can do with poi- stalls for example. Please keep posting in the new to you thread- i have basically blogged my progress in there and I love going back- see if it works for you
