Crossing over arms side to side in a loop

"Like" a horizontal tangle when u switch ur arms ovr being, top, botom,top, botom. (as though u wher turnin round if u no what i mean)

BUT iv been trying to do it welst doing a normal hyperloop and hav only managed to do it by crossing my arms ovr once when the poi r spinin backwards.
This being my right arm ovr my left, and then moving back to a normal constant backwards hyperloop, or move my arms atraight round to behind me and carry on turning round as tough you would just doing a 3'60 turning hyperloop.

Can any1 help me cross my left hand ovr my right as well and constantly swing your arms about left to right.

and some1 please reply to this cos no1 seemss to reply to my topics, wheather its cos i dont make sense or cant spell or just hav a stupid name i dont know, but im just about 2 give up on this website,
