body throws (i call em).

:Si have been hunting ye old tinternet for some time,looking for some of the tosses that i have been messing with.throws in a constant rhythm around ones person from various starts and posistions etc..starting to feel a bit alone i the poi diverse.any more avid..um tossers out there?if so give us a shout and save me from my madness.:

HI there.. I do quite a bit of throwing, which I got into as a result of learning from Matt, who set up this site- check out the galleries (particularly Matts) for some greta throws, particulalrly wibbles,. which bring a whole new way of playing to your hands Sphism/smilesmiley
