First up, your favourite poi spinning tutorial site just turned 7 years old - Happy Birthday Spherculism.

We figured it was time to get all the old content back online and spruce things up a bit.

All the best poi tutorial videos from the old gallery are back and now they work on iPhone and Android devices, so you can take these great poi lessons to the park to practice.

We've teamed up with Uberevents to bring you a complete Circus Skills resource. The coloured tabs on the left switch you between sites. The buttons below the tabs are your Profile page and the user search page.

You can add content to the site by logging in and then clicking the + sign on the left.

You can now 'Flag' any content on the site, the options are:

• Love it: For your favourite stuff. A list of everyones favouites shows up on the home page, so go dig through the archives and find the best stuff in there, then 'Love it' and we'll all see it too.
• Bookmark: This is handy to track stuff you are working on, eg you can bookmark all the stuff you want to learn, go to the park with a smart phone and that list will go with you.
• Flag a Problem: If you find a problem on the site you can alert a moderator to it using this, just add a comment to the page and we'll try to fix it.

You also get your own Profile page, which lists all your Favourites and Bookmarks and keeps track of all your past posts. These pages are public to all other members, similar to a facebook wall.

All the old forum posts have been merged across to the new site, but now all posts and videos are in the same categories, it's no longer 2 separate systems. So you can actually discuss the videos, rather than linking a post to them.

The categories are based on the original encyclopoidia - the glossary of poi terminology which we loving call the Poidia. This was our first big community project, started back in 2003 with the aim of defining all the poi terminology.
