The heavier end of the poi that you swing around your body.

I've always refer'd to the poi head as the center of gravity of whatever is attached to your chain/string.. its the focal point of the swing so to speak and its what you need to control when doing the moves.. not necessarily the far end of the poi though..

Poi head:
The attachment to the poi body which is swung about. Can be any number of attachments, thus multiple poi heads.

Well like when you have 2 fire heads on a chain. multiple poi heads
or like what I did. I had 5 glowsticks at different spots on my strings so that it made a rainbow
