I really like those kind of "new school" moves, such as matt's, or bluecat's. They make your mouth stay opened. It's a brain shock, and then you have to admit that really exists !

I've seen the tech poi b4 (who is that guy?)- nice spinning, especially switching to one hand for a turn then back to two- much to commend and think about.
The dance vid is great
I love that stuff.
I can't help thinking it would be very difficult (but if possible very impressive) to combine the 'angular' jolty movement of that form of dance with the fluid continuous nature of poi and other spinning disciplines. I know we have wraps, stalls etc at our disposal, but I don't see an easy marrying of the two (not that I don't want to
)

OnewheelDave does technical poi. That guy is really cool, he does like everything, and he's good at it all too.

I've seen the technical poi vid before, but it's no less incredible for that.
And I have yet to figure out how people manage to move their bodies in all these crazy ways...although it's something I'd love to learn at some point.

Funny... I thought dude meant an elephants butt in technicality. I tend to use it just like "hey dude get over here" or something.

time to put my english degree to good use. the word 'dude' in the sense that most of us use it, was first coined by Oscar Wilde and his friends. It was a mixture of duds(as in clothes) and attitude. therefore him and his mates were dudes.
