A better introduction cuz my old one was crap

Thought I'd write a little more about myself since I've been coming here a fair bit of time. I'm so nearly 21 it hurts (5 days!), i'm english, originally from right by londres but now studying psychology at uwe in bristol where i absolutely love it. In the summer like now it's my favourite city by far, seeming full of parks and all of them green and covered in sparsely clad females...and of lesser interest a few blokes playing football.

I've been spinning only since october, so... comin up 8 months. My first poi were a flatmates 10 ton fire ones which gave me the bruises and perserverance to spin like crazy for a couple of months, then I got some tennis ball ones with tails , also occasionally spinning some glow at clubs (new year was great for that!). I think I've been with spherculism nearly from the start, but only after voyaging over from HoP where I raided the tutorials and had nothing to give of my own, I started the same here but felt upto a standard where I could make one or two comments without getting flamed too badly, maybe even constructing a coherent sentence on occasion? I've span fire a few times and nearly burnt my leg once but fortunaetly broke the connector to the poi head before my jeans were burnt to a cinder...I've also managed to hit myself in the eye once with a flaming poi and just smelt burnt hair and lost most of my eyelashes (they're back now) which is the closest I've come to harming myself. Would seriously recommend leaving it longer than you think you should before spinning fire for the first time, although I feel a load more confident now!

My other hobbies are mixing psytrance (or my friends d'n'b collection) and going clubbing to any GOOD music...used to go out with the beer boys a lot to cheesy clubs but realised like a lot of things in life, they're wank. I like almost anything that's not in the charts and occasionally stuff that is but my favourite group has to be aphex twin, hallucinogen or infected mushroom. Also love my films, cult tv and playstation2!

I tend to ramble and be up at strange hours cuz living in halls all the fun starts in the afternoon and carries on till the early hours....and erm....oh, my name's Jim, hello everyone!
