That's a great article Sphism/gigglesmiley

Funny that science needs to Prove everything. I mean, of course juggling is good for your brain, learning something new has got to be good, hasn't it?

An excuse for me to take up juggling. Sphism/smilesmiley I really like to know how much exercise physical and mental I get out of poi. With all the running and jumping around, I probably look more like a ballrena or the guy from the office, then a poi spiner. Sphism/gigglesmiley

It sounds like good for us huh ?? Sphism/gigglesmileySphism/gigglesmiley

We are all very clever !! Sphism/gigglesmileySphism/gigglesmiley

I think it's more the meditation side of juggling that is good for you, rather than just the fact that you are learning something new - it puts you in a different plane inside your own mind which a lot of people who have interests like television etc. prob never enter. In that respect it's clearly good for the soul. Whether it makes your brain bigger or not is debatable

I still can't juggle. But after watching a video I feel inspired.

I keep meaning to try and pick it up. I completely failed before when I've tried it but that was a) before I did poi and b) I had no idea what I was doing Sphism/gigglesmiley Now that I've gotten more coorindated and have people to learn from I may give it a go at some point...

Getting so close now. Sphism/smilesmiley
Those juggler people do some crazy things with balls.

One of these days I'm gonna get myself some balls and learn to juggle...

One of these days I'll get a decent staff and start really learning staff stuff...

One of these days I'll stop saying one of these days...

Maybe during the summer, when I should have more time.

I just took up staff maybe a week ago. Hopefully I can learn a bit between now and when it's warm enough to go outside again to not look as stupid, Sphism/gigglesmiley but then I may abandon staff alltogether with all the new room I have to do poi in. Hope not.

Achluo, I predict you will spin staff until the day you make a meteor Sphism/winksmiley

¦m¦

I once made a metor out of a strechy string and hacky sacks. I didn't like it, most likly because it was streachy. I've also seen a meteor video and I wasn't really impressed.
