Yep, that's Nick Woolsey (sp) from vancouver, Met him up in Seattle at an Oracle Gathering. Very cool poi, and a lovely guy.
As for the best on the web, well i wouldn't go that far, but then again, i'm bias

I am a HUGE fan of Nick Woolsey, and I'm very happy to say that I've taken a workshop with Nick. He has amazing discipline and control. You might notice that one of those videos is the same as the HOP COL4 segment that won the contest last year.

Nick's videos were the first 2 videos I had ever seen involving fire poi. I got hooked fast ^.^'
I still use them to show other people what I mean when I say spinning fire around. Blows them away with what he can do. Very fluid stuff, especially on Nick with fire II
