Right, not only have we set up a video gallery (big thanks to Giles at Wildcat for sorting that one out).
But in the same week I've set up the WikiPoidia website, woot, woot.
Follow that link above, eventually i'll put a link in the page header but not today. I suggest you then bookmark the page so you don't have to get the link from here all the time.
Right then, you should all be able to update the terms so next time i look i wanna see the DEFINED terms entered into the poidia.
You'll need to log in, please keep the same user name ~ password can be whatever you like. I have no idea how to update the database to allow access by anyone who has already signed up. It only takes a second, no confirmation e-mail needed just pick a name and pass.

just a quick q, is there a specific person who should be updating the poidia like the one who made the 'original' correct definition or is it just whoever has the time?

Whoever has the time I guess... we can all check them through for mistakes or whatever. Once the definitions are in I'm going to go through the threads and start pulling out various tips and advice that have been posted and stick them in as well

I'm so happy that everyone has made a start on entering the terms in the poidia.
For anyone who doesn't know. Wiki is the generic name of the free software used to create the poidia, hence the name WikiPoidia.
So I think that all terms should have a link directly to the discussion that lead up to the final definition of that term. That way poiple that disagree can have their say.
Also we could link directly to the corresponding tutorial video.
Plus, as spiralx pointed out, we can link directly to tips and tricks for performing that pattern.
And yeah, anyone with the time can update the poidia. I just hope no one abuses the system cos then we'll have to allow only a few poiple to update it, and that would suck.

also i was getting pissed off with it being fecked all the time, now that all the information is there it might be worth accessing it in a different way to integrate it more into the site. Anyone know how to query a MySql database?
