Been spinning for a year since I broke my arm - physio said it would never be better but the Poi has fixed it. Magic...

Quick question. Anyone been to Larmer Tree in Wiltshire (next weekend) and can I do fire there?

And lastly... hello to all the lovely people in the stone cirlce at Glastonbury and thanks for all the excellent new moves I learned - especially the wiggle wiggle turn that Gemma taught me.

Actually I am his girlfriend... but the cat was my idea... our little beeplette. she is almost a better juggler than me at the moment.
Favourite colours are green and purple and my favourite poi move is the 5 beat corkscrew.

5bt corkscrews are very fun. I've been halfway trying to learn that wierd under the back or something corkscrew that Rob was doing.
