) ive been trying to learn the 'behind the back weave' for ages and after one look at your tutorials page I mastered it today...!!! YIPPIEE!!!
BTW im from England and my favourite colour is blue

I was introduced to poi 6 months ago and playied with a mates but ive had my own for about 3 months (summit like that), Ive been using the HoP website (which is good). I was working my ay through thier lessons but the vids for the last few moves are not that great so im glad i found this site.
Was really pleased when i learnt it but today my back kills
too much time spent bent over!

a forward one, gonna get this one down b4 i try and reverse it. I think the reverse will be harder, but atleast it will be my legs rather than my head which gets a beating

tell me about i got alot of beatings from practicing the btb weave. poi's always used to come up under my arm and make contact wit my face! :cry: it gets better when you can turn with the btb weaves too. got some beating from that too.
But face is better and the move is too
