Fire Ropes

Anyone know hwere I can buy some fire ropes from? Cant find any on HOP or firetoys, googled it too with no luck

People don't sell them for fear of being sued.

Make them yourself, then you only have yourself to blame.

I love making fire poi out of kevlar rope, in fact the last 4 sets of poi i've made have been out of fire rope.

I was thinking hoe nice it would be if i could sell the rope with a detailed description of how to make different sets.

But then i'd get some monkey coming back to me cos they didn't make them well enough.

why not just make your own? Use kevlar rope, and braid them, then thread ball chain through your last 6 or 7 braids. From there on out it's the same design as normal poi, ball chain -> ball chain connectors -> swivel(if you want them) -> handles. It's probrably the easiest fire toy to make.

I'm gonna have a good practice run as its a litle scarey making something that lethal.
I have made my own practice poi so should be ok tho.

but I'm with everybody else here ... I'd say go on and make your own. You can get the rope at firetoys UK or at several other online juggling stores.

If you need any help doing it, obviously, you've come to the right place.

try www.ballsulike.biz these are the guys who supply www.firetoys.com so they're usually a bit cheaper and I'm pretty sure they do kevlar rope...
