If you're spinning in a park, please note that parks close at 10pm! Law enforcement in the Bay Area is generally friendly towards fire spinners who look like they know what they're doing, but if you stay past park closing, they will usually come and kick you out.

This is an indoor event with no fire. It has a tendency to get crowded later in the evening. There's lots of talented people who are super friendly. Different people and dj's every week, so always different, and always fun. Near the Powell St. BART station (but be warned last BART to east bay leaves at 12:15!)
Donation to help pay for space.

Matt, I just spun FIRE in the Infinite Kaos space tonight. They're restarting their guest spinner series where they invite a special guest to put on a special show every week. I'm sure they would love to see an old familiar face... Rene doesn't live there anymore, but he's often there for SpinJam... and Alex is there almost every week. Alex is also host of the Tuesday night spins in GG Park.
AND, at Burning Man this year, there will be organized fire performances around the Center Camp Cauldron... plus the night of the burn, all 300+ fire spinners will be doing the same choreographed routine.
Does that help convince you to come? What if I offered to help you find a bike to ride on the playa?
