sage does a lovely combo of waistwraps and turns with waistwraps in one of the circle of light series. Lemme check on it.
right. Circles of Light 2 is the one with Sage on it.
also - i just got a video camera for my birthday, and now I've got some footage of my own .... now i just have to get myself some bandwidth ....

Alright... I made a Waist Wrap video! Okay, it's not the best that we could have done, but hey, it was a fun little exercise.
Right-click and Save As and all that...

can you possibly give a breif discription as well plz Orbit? You know, ie "It HAS to be b-fly with a carry" type deal to be a "proper" waistwrap. If you can say something like "the carry is at 12 sec", "the ww is at 14" etcetc would make it alot eaiser to understand.
Just an idea.

Well that's certainly what the doctor ordered! The first 3 minutes are pretty much nothing but waist wraps!

got a complaint from ICoN on tribe.net -- not enough advanced variations (4bt, butterfly, and hugs) so maybe you can do one with the really tough stuff.
