it will be up there for the next week and a half so be quick!
I made it over a couple of days when a friend lent me a camera to get some other footage onto my comp (which i'm editing properly).
Its just some ideas for moves that i thought i should get onto camera for other people to perfect and show me how to do properly!
hope people like it, i mixed it in with some silliness.
cheers,
Ben

Nice staff work! Very good fishtails and doubles and contact stuff.

Love the faces you make... nice releases with the poi. I loved the way you started out with the staff. Forgive my staff term ignorance... I liked the progression you used to move from the one-handed butterfly to the weave with similar hand movements (rolling over the top of the hand).
Kitty!
You've got some great things going with your double staffs!
Liked it muchly.

I never cease to be amazed and humbled by the extraordinary determination, passion and pure talent I see in spinning videos. Amazing stuff.
What was the third song? Never heard it before, but as a Jack Johnson convert as of the last year I'm very interested...!
And what a gorgeous cat! What's it's name?

cheers for the comments, much appreciated!
I do however feel i should have got a wibble in there somewhere!
The name of the last song is "the general" by dispatch, a very addictive song about a general (duh) who decides his enemy isn't worth fighting etc... very hippy just like the mood i was in when i made the vids :2
as for my cute little kitty, his name is khai and he's about 10 and weighs about as much as i do! (hmm, mahap a little exageration, but not much!)
