Well, it took a while but we've finally got the site back online. Big thanks to Giles.

The hard drive on the server died but fortunately there was a back up of the database that was only a month old, phew, it could have been a lot worse.

The Damage:

Last i recall we had about 1440 members, now theres 1277. so that's about 170 lost in the ether. Sorry folks but you'll have to re-register.

As for the forum threads. The latest threads will be 5th october. So we lost a month or so. Oh well. Looks like we lost 2 threads which were enormously negative, good ridance. Shame about the rest. But we'll just have to make some more.

The Wiki. I was seriously thinking that we had lost the entire wiki. I couldn't even bring myself to tell spiralx for a while. However, it turns out that the wiki database is not so separate afterall because fortunately i had given it the same name as the site database. So it backed up along with the site and forums. I doubt there were many alterations in hte last couple months so its very good news. The wikipoidia is fine.

Everything else should be the same.

Except that i've had loads of free time and i've been playing poi. I've nailed some badass new stuff, I'll tell you all about it over in New to You.

If you spot anything wrong with the site, post them here for now so we can take a look.
