Worth mentioning to everyone to right-click save as otherwise that webspace'll be caned in days

[EDIT] Yup, they're airwraps, anjd pretty tight they are too Mr Techno
Now practice them in the other direction, and maybe try the airwrap with double wrist stop that was one seen in the tutorials (I'll see if I can dig a link 
)

Now of course to learn them the other direction, then inside->out, horizontal, vertical, wheel plane, BTB, UTL, etc etc.

Well when you first do an airwrap the poi tangle on the outside (they form a triangle pointing away from you) and undo on the inside (a triangle pointing towards you). It's also possible to tangle inside and untangle outside - but it's a lot trickier! It helps occasionally, but I've not used it massively and mine are still pretty shoddy to be honest

tangles work exactly like weaves
twists- weave
tangles- inversions
hyperlooping buzzsaw- 'x' bt inverted weave
knots- multibeat inversions (higher degree inversions)
along those lines.. it sucks becaues if you know neither then that doesnt help you.. but it also helps that if you know one, you know the other..

Hey I dont suppose anyone has a copy of this still saved? I went to go laugh atmyself today and remembered that andy's hard drive blew up. He did have a secondary backup RAID II HDD which he managed to blow up at the same time. Idiot. So yeah, If anyone has a copy Id be vewy thankful
