A Quick Hello...
I'm at work, so have to keep this a brief hello...
Been Spinning poi for about 8-9months-ish (i think) and getting really into it.
Think i've got most of the basics down (ie everything on the HOP site!)except BTB weaves, but getting there slowly on that.
Now just trying to get everything flowing really nicely into a routine and learning any new (and more complicated) tricks as i find them.
looks like this site will be a great help, if only i can understand all the techincal terms you are using!
anyway back to the grind...
then back to sorting out the anti-clockwise fountian when i get home.
oddly, i can do it clockwise fine, but anti-clock is a nightmare.
im guessing its cos my left (weak) hand is the one going "backwards" that way.

and yes, spin spin looks so simple. sadly in my case it's spin spin ouch ouch! with some moves
