Could this be the sphercular solid?
Rheo sent me this link about a multi dimensional shape called...
Calabi-Yau
The link is here http://people.cs.uchicago.edu/~mbw/astro18200/dimensions.html
and this is what the shape looks like, which to me looks like some spinning in some uber-trinity style...

I absolutely adore this shape as it reminds me of what i visualise when listening to excellent music. When i dance to that music with poi i simply allow the poi to follow the shapes which the music creates in my mind.
It just looks so damn sphercular!!

thank you... THANK YOU.... THANK YOU..
I've been trying to find something like that for QUITE some time... I've been trying to get help from the math department on designing patterns like this.. in varying degrees of complexity.. Because with the skills we have at our disposal, we can trace through complex shapes like that.. in varying degrees of accuracy..
thank you...

i LOVE IT TOO
you were talking about it with arashi, like 3d isolations
It totally looks like trinity done constantly in all planes
it's even sphercular blue
See if you can figure out how to replicate one in 3d and i might be able to replicate it.

i like that. it was designed in 3d then produced on a new 3d colour printer

this image above reminds me of when i made a long set of orange arms with leds from poi tip, up arms, across shoulder to other poi tip. " of us on stage doing some corkscrews. My mate took a wicked photo and it looked like an iregular version of that. Where you isolate you get those wierd bits that suck in on themselves.

Pretty...

Calabi-Yau spaces are used in superstring theory to describe how the extra microscopic dimensions are folded up really small so we don't see them in the Universe - the extra 6 are folded up as one of those.
That's my factlet of the day
Could this be the sphercular solid?
Wow spiralx, that factlet was like Big Fact rolled in on itself into i tiny little package ~ how very apt
Could this be the sphercular solid?
My what a clever chap you are Mr Spiral-
funny, you don't look clever...

That's rich, coming from a tenor ^_^
Could this be the sphercular solid?
Pretty cool shapes

It is very cool stuff, that string theory.
Pretty old theory
I've got the elegant universe series on DVD

These are a bit more regular but I thought they might hold some interest for someone

I saw this and thought of you (though who 'you' is these days is anyones guess!)
