Welcome to spherc Sphism/smilesmiley
that's a pretty long intro & full of content

I think I've already seen your avatar on tribe.net

If you like isolation, then you need to work your stall and playing slow
start with some side planes iso rather than buzzsaw plane, you'll have more muscle to help you do the bicycle move, and use your chest/shoulder/arm (not the wirst only) & a mirror

yeah i'm on the tribe.net

I can do isolations in a wall plane, like im turning big cranks on a wall infront of me, and i can pop into it for a few seconds in the buzzsaw. I also get it jsut a little when i'm doing the 3 beat weave and i pull my hands apart too, but that's a really short time as well...

Hello there and welcome - that's a ton of information! Sphism/gigglesmiley My girlfriend is a Britney fan as well, Toxic is a great song. And I've got a friend with a split tongue who does suspension as well.

One thing you didn't say though... what's your favourite colour? Sphism/gigglesmiley

Deep greens are very nice indeed Sphism/smilesmiley

wall plane isolation .. that's not common for a start, ..
unless you've been messing with a hoop!!
have fun shifting your crank horizontally, vertically & overhead if you can Sphism/smilesmiley

Hello Ammre!!! So nice to see you here.

Welcome to Spherculism - the best spinning website in my humble opinion. Have a look around. Will I be seeing you Friday at the GFA?

overhead are really tuff .. I've just been playing with them during the last month (so I shouldn't have said that)
side plane is an easier start, and buzzsaw plane too .. your definition of wall plane is correct. If you can do them wall plane, you'll surely have no trouble doing them side plane Sphism/smilesmiley

What I meant with the hoop, is to use it as a practice toy:
it will surely help you nail all the path of your hand/body more quickly!
check out Mot's video in the video section, here:

If I ever had a hoop last summer when I over-worked my iso, I think things would have gone faster
