Size of staff??
Hi im 170 cm tall and i was wonder i want to work with 1 staff only. What size should i get.

They sel 97 cm sticks and a 120 cm stick. What do you think i should get??

Size of staff??
kinda depends on what you want to do with it... Fast stuff? Throws? Contact? Generally you can do all with any size of staff, but for the ease of learning a long staff, 1.5m/5ft will be easiest for learning contact. A slightly smaller staff might be better for throws... Plus 1 meter to 1.2 m staffs can fit between you hand and your armpit, opening up the possiblity of a lot of different moves being possible...
