I've been watching some wicked badass diabolo spinners recently and there is a massive cross over between poi and diablo moves. So lets share our discoveries and push things forward.
I thinking of taking up diablo but could do with some pointers in regards to purchase.
What size do folks recommend for a beginner, I obviously want something I can grow into but not something which would be beyond my control in the early stages.
There are so many similarities between 2 diabolo and poi. Like 2 diabolo 'Fan' is a poi 'Buzzsaw'. So poi spinners should be able to get the hang of Fan's pretty quickly. Then of course turning your forwards fan to a backwards fan is exactly the same as with poi. It's also very similar to infinite tangles and tangle turning with Poi.
