Now try to do it like this, with no extra beats on each side. For each turn you can count 1, 2, 3, 4
Once you can turn both ways, stand sideways onto your plane and turn one way, and back again, but keep your feet in one place and move your torso (keep knees slightly bent)
The poi you are turning AWAY from turns first, and is the one that stays behind you.
During the turn, 1 Poi is always infront of you, one is always behind

Crossover AND turn 180 (face backwards), Crossover AND turn 180 (face forwards)
Crossover AND turn 90, turn 90 (face backwards), Crossover AND turn 90, turn 90 (face forwards)
