Seen any great videos recently, or maybe you just wanna show us your new moves or promote your site, as long as you link back to spherculism it's all good.
I was filming some of the things I have been playing with recently to see from an audiences point of view. I've quickly stuck it together with a track over. Some stuff is repeated but that was the main point of the filming in the first place.
so anyway, I've been into diabolo for like 12years.
then i picked up my first poi about 18months ago, and learnt the basics 3btw and a butterfly.
then i met matt at woodford folk festival and he opened my eyes to the crossover between poi and diabolo...i was amazed!...

its nothin to special... tryin not to move about much as had dodgy tummy, but got comp fixed so im makin a proper vid with some not so sloppy stuff, like btb anti spin weaves, twibbles and neg space... shud be postin it next day or two
sup there spherculists. I started spinning again a few weeks ago, and decided to film some stuff... you'll find that down there at the bottom.. You'll need to pay very close attention or you will miss a lot.. I've thrown in a ton of inswings with my usual dose of inversions and insides... I'm not as fluid as I used to be, but this one is unedited..

Just for sharing some ideas that I haven't seen elsewhere on the web or that I've developed on my own.
I will try to post every week a "new"(for me) trick mostly of contact, in this way you see a new idea of mine every week, and I have to develop one every week... I think this can be a good motivation to improve my contact poi.
