This thread is a way for you to list a few things that you think could improve our world and thus increase world happiness a notch.. I put this here because some of these things may bepositive, negative, what have you... I just noticed that some minor and some not so minor things can go a long way.. and I'd like to hear people's ideas on things..
How on earth can we be having a drought,!! we are an island!, so surrounded by water, and it rains so much in manchester alone! There was an article in the paper, saying that Martin Lacey of Zippos circus have been warned they will recive a 5000 pound fine if there clowns use water in there acts, not even in a water flower on there jacket!

I've been thinking a lot now about the state of affairs in this here world... and I have to ask.. where the fuck are we going? As a people.. As a race.. as a process.. however you see fit to classify this cosmic goof of existence.. I mean.. It seems that for every step we take forward as a race.. there's and equal and opposite backward step taken in the evolutionary cycle..
Their's a lot of anti war people here, often a lot are absolute in their beliefs. Im just curious at what point is military intervention required? Ill list some examples of military actions.
these beheadings in iraq have had me thinking. What do the people involved with these beheadings think they are doing? Two school teachers? An engineer? They are definatly doing a good job at fighting anything close to a stabilization in the region.

SO has anyone seen Battle Royale 2? I just saw it the other day. It is awsome. Not for the faint hearted, it's grusome a very bloody. But it has a huge anti-American sentiment (anti-western imperialism).
Is it even out in the states? I'd be amazed if it is.
sorry for anyone who's religious and easily-offended (if you believe the media there's loads more than you'd think!) This isn't meant to be a topic just for slandering other religions but for me as an atheist to try and be converted. I'm very much a scientist as far as the world conception model goes, but do have a feeling that intrinsically every human being is good and will do good.
So I just managed to get a video of me off of a dvd and into a format that you can watch. It was a right pain in the arse is is almost totally unedited, except i put an intro on it that you can't see in this little demo but hay ho.
